All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@globaljobseekers.com. Verbal or informal requests will not be considered valid.

2. Timeframe for Request

A refund request must be raised within 15 calendar days from the original date of purchase. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for consideration, particularly if the service has not been delivered.

3. Eligibility Criteria

Refunds will only be considered if the customer has not received the purchased service from GlobalJobSeekers. Once a service has been rendered, the payment becomes non-refundable.

4. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be initiated within 90 days from the date of approval. Once processed, the refunded amount will typically reflect in the customer’s bank account within 7–10 working days, subject to banking procedures.

5. No-Cancellation Policy

Please note that all our services are provided under a strict no-cancellation policy.
